ARESYS -Advanced Remote Sensing Systems- is a Politecnico di Milano spin-off company, operating since 2003 in the field of digital signal processing with particular focus on remote sensing and geophysics. ARESYS inherits the 20-years experience of Politecnico di Milano in synthetic aperture radars (SAR) and geophysical prospection systems.
Nowadays ARESYS is mainly active in the following areas:
- Spaceborne and airborne SAR systems: design of advanced acquisition modes, performance assessment and optimization, processing;
- Ground based SAR and interferometers: design and optimization of innovative ground-based acquisition systems, processing;
- Seismic prospection: processing;
- Ground penetrating radars: design and optimization of GPR based systems, processing.
