GPR - Design and performances

Thanks to its expertise in the field of seismic data processing and Digital Signal Processing, ARESYS is the ideal partner for the design of ad-hoc platforms and novel 3D radar array acquisition geometries. The design process starts with the definition of the requirements and the development of GPR processing system, which will be then validated with simulated scenarios. Subsequent steps will be:

• development of prototypical software for GPR data processing;
• support to the GPR prototype validation;
• development of graphical user interface;
• final support to the system validation;

ARESYS developed for its costumer Sirti a subsoil mapping system based on Ground Penetrating Radar 3D Array. Within a friendly graphical user interface, the system processes radar data and locates buried utilities, in real-time, on a consumer laptop, and without the need of skilled operators.
Buried utilities in 3D maps can be analyzed at a glance while acquiring.
