SAR products quality monitoring

Since the beginning of its activities, the quality has always been the first requirement for ARESYS. SAR data quality monitoring involves fine and precise analysis of SAR data, in order to constantly monitor the performances of the instrument and of the data processing chain for all the duration of the mission. ARESYS is collaborating since 2004 with ESA in the framework of the Quality Working Group (QWG). In this frame ARESYS has gained a deep knowledge of the ESA SAR sensors, starting from ERS 1/2, ENVISAT up to Sentinel-1 the next generation ESA SAR mission constellation. As a result, ARESYS is currently renowned as an excellent SAR consultancy services provider, including support to the qulity monitoring and control of SAR missions, to the development of software tools for the analysis and monitoring of an to instrument settings optimisation to correct anomalous or degraded performances of the system.
