Who We Are.

ARESYS, Advanced Remote Sensing Systems, is an Italian SME, spin-off of Politecnico di Milano, founded in 2003, that inherits the internationally renowned expertise of Politecnico di Milano in the field of remote sensing.

ARESYS is a strongly R&D oriented company, that exploits cutting edge technologies to deliver highly customized solutions and services to its customers.

ARESYS expertise covers the following areas:

  • Airborne and Spaceborne Synthetic Aperture Radars (SAR) ;
  • Ground based SAR, RADARS and GPR;
  • Pipeline acoustic monitoring systems;
  • Seismic and geophysical prospection systems.

Nowadays ARESYS serves customers in Europe, Asia and South America supporting them in:

Developing operational, qualified data processing software for the Space, Aerospace, Defense and Oil&Gas markets;

Designing and manufacturing innovative customer-tailored RADAR and ACOUSTIC monitoring systems;

Providing highly qualified technical and scientific consultancy to Space and Oil & Gas markets.

Meet Us.

Since 2013 Aresys has set up its headquarters in a modern, recently constructed building in Crescenzago, a north-eastern district of Milan, in a strategic position close to Linate airport, the MM2 metro and the Tangenziale Est bypass.

The company-owned building has five floors, including – among other things – a state-of-the-art electronic lab, several meeting rooms and a datacentre that is entirely managed in-house, the true heart of the company’s technological infrastructure.

Over the past five years, human capital has increased by 50%, following a targeted acquisition process of both young talents and experienced engineers.

At the same time, investments in research and development have quadrupled in absolute value and more than doubled in terms of percentage on turnover.

All corporate decisions are aimed at keeping this growth trend active, which allows us to continue in the virtuous circuit that bonds revenues and investments.
