Our Recruitment Process.

Our greatest value is our staff. This is why the selection process we have in place strongly focuses on the candidate and aims at finding the right person for the right position. There are three separate stages in the selection process, after which feedback is always given.

Interview

Our HR managers present the Company and analyze with you the basic requirements of the position that you are applying for.

Techincal interview

The technical interview is not just a simple assessment of your skills, but an opportunity for an open technical exchange of views with our best Team Leaders.
